Step-by-Step Sublimation Instructions
1. Remove the Protective Film
Before starting, carefully peel off the protective film from both sides of the acrylic blank. This layer prevents scratches during handling and storage but must be removed for a clean sublimation surface.

Protective Layer: Place a sheet of silicone paper on the bottom platen to protect your heat press from ink residue.

- Position your design onto the matte white side of the acrylic blank, facing up.
- Secure the transfer sheet with heat-resistant tape, but avoid placing the tape directly on the blank’s edges to prevent marks.
4. Heat Press Application
- Close the heat press and apply light to medium pressure.
- Press for 80 seconds.

- Apply a heavy book or flat weight to ensure the acrylic stays perfectly flat as it cools.
