Ordering & Delivery Process

Made to order with care — from our studio in Centurion to your door.

At LaserBloom Studios, every item is created from scratch — cut, engraved, printed, and packed right here in South Africa. Because each piece is made to order, we follow a clear and consistent process to keep things transparent and fair for every customer.

Place Order

1. Place Your Order

Your order is added to our production queue as soon as checkout is complete.

2. Production (4–6 Business Days)

Each piece is laser-cut, printed, or engraved by hand to your exact specifications.

Dispatch

3. Dispatch

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number or collection notice once it leaves our studio.

Delivery

4. Delivery (1–4 Business Days)

Reliable delivery via Standard Courier, PUDO, or PostNet — nationwide.

1. Order Placement

Once you’ve checked out, your order enters our system immediately. Production officially starts the next working day (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive your order confirmation by email right away.

2. Production & Processing (4–6 Business Days)

Our standard production time aligns across all policies. We cut and prepare every piece with precision and care. This timeframe may extend slightly for complex designs or large orders, but we’ll notify you if delays occur.

  • All materials are locally sourced and custom-cut per order.
  • Rush options may be available — please enquire before ordering.
  • Production times exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Notification & Dispatch

Once your order is complete, we’ll send a shipping or pickup notification:

  • Courier Orders — tracking number emailed when dispatched.
  • Local Pickup — you’ll receive two notifications: “Ready for Collection” and “Pickup Instructions.”

If you ordered multiple items, some may ship separately to speed up delivery.

4. Delivery (1–4 Business Days)

Our nationwide courier partners deliver Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard Door-to-Door: R129
  • PUDO Locker → Locker: R89
  • PostNet → PostNet: R119

Transit times depend on your location — typically 1–2 days for major centres and up to 4 days for regional areas.

5. Local Pickup (Irene – Centurion)

Choose “Collection” at checkout to collect from our studio in Irene – Centurion. We’ll email you when your order is ready along with directions and collection times.

6. Helpful Tips

  • Double-check your shipping details at checkout.
  • If you need your order urgently, mention it during checkout — we’ll confirm rush availability.
  • For large sheets or fragile items, we pack with extreme care, but once the parcel leaves our studio, transit risks are the courier’s responsibility (see Refund Policy).
