🛠 Product Details

  • Thickness: 3mm
  • Finish Options:
    • Matte: White sublimation surface with a natural wood back
    • Glossy: White sublimation surface with a black MDF back
  • Single-Sided Sublimation: Only the white side is printable

⚠️ Note About Burnt Edges (Glossy Option)

Important: Glossy MDF blanks may have slightly darkened or "burnt" edges due to the precision laser cutting process. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or durability of the blank. Simply wipe the edges gently with a clean cloth before sublimating or packaging — no sanding required.

🧾 Step-by-Step Sublimation Instructions

  1. Prep the Blank: Remove any protective film and clean the white surface.
  2. Prepare Your Heat Press:

    • Time: 100–120 seconds
    • Pressure: Medium (avoid over-pressing)
  3. Position Your Design:
    • Print mirrored artwork on sublimation paper.
    • Place face-down on the white surface and secure with heat-resistant tape.
  4. Press & Transfer:
    • Use protective paper above and below the blank.
    • Press evenly and allow to cool flat to prevent warping.
