At LaserBloom Studios, we take great care to package and ship our products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, please follow our policy outlined below to report and resolve the issue:

1. Reporting Damage

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. This is crucial to ensure that we can assist you promptly and assess the situation.

    • Order number and your full name.
    • Clear photographs of the damaged item, showing the extent of the damage.
    • Photos of the packaging, including the box and any protective materials, to verify how the item was shipped.

2. Assessment and Resolution Process

  • Once we receive your damage report, we will assess the information and photographs provided to determine the next steps.
  • If the damage appears to be due to shipping, we may choose to:
    • Replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
    • Issue a partial or full refund for the item, depending on the extent of the damage.
    • Provide store credit equivalent to the value of the damaged item.

3. Conditions for Coverage

  • The following conditions must be met for a damage claim to be considered:
    • Proper Packaging: The original packaging must be intact and included in the photographs submitted for review.
    • Timely Reporting: Claims reported after 48 hours of receipt will not be accepted.
    • Item Inspection: Items must not show signs of intentional damage or alteration. Any signs of tampering, misuse, or damage inconsistent with transit will result in the claim being denied.

4. Situations Not Covered Under This Policy

  • Intentional or Accidental Damage: Items that show evidence of intentional damage, misuse, or modification will not be covered.
  • Non-Reported Damages: If damages are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for them.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Small cosmetic imperfections or damage due to normal use or handling are not covered.
  • Custom and Modified Products: Custom-designed, trimmed, or modified products are non-returnable and not covered for damage claims.

5. Fraud Prevention Measures

  • Inspection: All reported damaged items will be thoroughly inspected. Any items deemed intentionally damaged will not qualify for a refund or replacement. In such cases, we reserve the right to take legal action if fraudulent claims are made.
  • Evidence Collection: We will keep records of all damage claims, including photos, inspection notes, and correspondence, to prevent abuse of the policy.

6. Courier Responsibility and Resolution

  • In cases where the courier is found liable for damage, we will pursue a damage claim with the courier service. Customers may need to provide additional documentation to support the claim.

7. Replacement Process

  • If a replacement is approved, the damaged item must be returned to LaserBloom Studios unless otherwise specified. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. The replacement will be shipped once the damaged item is received and inspected.

8. Packaging Recommendations for Returns

  • If returning a damaged item, please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid further damage during the return shipment. Failure to properly package the item may result in denial of the replacement or refund.
