Chosen Branding Method: DTF (Direct to Film Printing) This method prints designs directly onto a specialised film. The printed design is then heat-pressed onto fiber fabrics, ensuring vibrant, detailed, and durable designs that meld flawlessly with the fabric.

DTF Printing Explained: In DTF printing, designs are printed onto special film using UV curable inks. These are then heat-transferred to the fabric, resulting in precise, vibrant, and long-lasting prints ideal for various textile applications.

Washing Instructions: To maintain the quality of your DTF-printed items, please follow these care instructions:

• Use mild detergent.
• Wash in cold water to gently cleanse.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach.
• Air dry or tumble dry on a low-heat setting.

LEAD TIME FOR THIS PRODUCT: The production process begins immediately if print-ready artwork is supplied. Otherwise, a design lead time of 3-5 working days applies, which may extend to 5-7 working days during peak season. Production then takes 5-7 working days, extending to 10-15 working days in our busiest periods. Our lead time includes delivery.

SIZING: A sizing chart for unisex garments is available in our gallery. Please consult this chart to select the appropriate garment size. Note that due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are not possible.

DESIGN PROCESS: Describe your ideal design and upload any inspirational material through this product listing. Design work commences once payment is received and print-ready artwork is submitted. You will receive a draft via email for approval before production starts.

PLEASE NOTE: We respect originality and creativity, so it's crucial to note that we cannot replicate another designer's work exactly. We will use your ideas as inspiration to craft a unique design that is distinctly yours, avoiding any direct imitation of shared designs.

• While we strive for prompt delivery, please note that orders may take anywhere between 5 to 10 working days for delivery, depending on product availability and your location.
