Step-by-Step Sublimation Instructions
1. Prep Your Blank
- Remove any protective film if present.
- Ensure the sublimation side (white) is clean and dust-free.
2. Prepare Your Heat Press

Pressure: Medium (Avoid excessive pressure to prevent warping)
3. Position Your Design
- Print your design mirrored on sublimation paper.
- Place the print face-down on the white side of the MDF blank.

4. Press & Transfer
- Place a sheet of protective paper (silicone or butcher paper) above and below the blank.
- Apply even pressure for 100-120 seconds.
- Carefully remove the paper and let the blank cool on a flat surface to prevent warping.
5. The Final Reveal
- Once cooled, remove any remaining transfer paper and admire your bold, high-quality sublimation print!
